We are proud to release our newest website to our clients and the general public.  Wanting to have a more modern and streamlined look, we opted for a more integrated website, one that could easily be modified as our needs and our clients needs change.

At Grundman|Law^SM , our practice  began by supporting major mining operations such as Sunshine Precious Metals, Inc. (Owners of the Sunshine Mine). Our focus has expanded from that of primarily mining-related law and business consultation to now include securities law and general transactional law and litigation.

Although our focus is primarily business, we have also successfully represented environmental groups, water interests, community interests and property rights.

We look forward to expanding our internet presence in the future, and welcome any suggestions that would aid us in assisting our clients.
